This monster has a 40% chance to spawn in the Crossfield of the Cerobi Steppes, and I wouldn't suggest killing it before you've swiped enough Damascus Steel from it. Basically, go the Crossfield, if you don't see the monster between the two windmills on the left, go two areas away (Thankfully, the Journey's Rest is very close with a Save Crystal, making it perfect for that purpose) and come back until it spawns, then take three characters that can Steal, preferably with Thief Cuffs and Steal over and over until you get the item, then go two areas away, return and repeat the process, I suggest stealing at least 6 nuggets of Damascus Steel, I went for 8, just to be safe.
When Bluesang has outlived its usefulness as a Damascus Steel provider, take it out, it's weak to Water and uses physical attacks as well as Pyromania.
