One of three bosses we can fight in the Necrohol of Nabudis after finishing the Medallion sidequest (Which I didn't show because it's honestly just a lot of running around, not very exciting), Fury has a deceiving appearance but a fitting name, for it'll use a Bacchus' Wine on itself when it reaches 50% HP, you can Dispel it, but it'll instantly reapply the effect on itself, you can exploit that to create a loop where it can't attack though, you'll want to Dispel the buffs it gets with Hero's March anyway.
As far as elemental affinities go, it's weak to Water and absorbs Fire, so Water-elemental weaponry is your friend, a Fomalhaut with Aqua Shot will deal a ton of damage and a Shikari with an Iga Blade can do that too... if the character can hit. To prevent Fury from parrying most of your melee attacks, you should have a Cameo Belt on your physical attacker, guess what accessory I realized I didn't have in the middle of the fight?
