Ok just to clarify this is Coerthas Central Highlands and as of this current patch 2.51 there are only two NPCs here.

Regional Rules change now and then so it's not always going to be Plus. Keep that in mind. Do note this was near the release of the patch and the NPCs cards might get nerfed supposedly.

0:30-Joellaut at X:13 Y:15. Three Open is the rule he'll always have. This guy is not hard but has some decent cards. You can beat him with the starter deck like I did. He drops Ixal and Alphinaud & Alisaie. Alphinaud & Alisaie are REALLY freaking rare from him, you'll get sick of all the Ixal drops if you farm lol. Why isn't there a job that can use extra junk TT cards as throwing weapons?

1:55-Ourdilic at X:6 Y:22 She always has the Order rule in effect so you may need to reorder your deck so you'll play cards in the order you'll be happy with. I personally went for weaker cards first and stronger cards near the end. She drops Blue Dragon and Behemoth. I don't like farming her since her deck is pretty evil and strong. I don't recommend farming her early on wait until you have more cards and can make stronger decks. But the regional rules can help you turn the tide sometimes.

Oh and for those not sure of what Plus entails: A rule that adds a new condition to the capture mechanic. If the numbers of two or more cards have the same total when added to the numbers on the adjacent sides of the card you place, you gain control of every matching card.
This rule also allows you to score a "Combo" capture. Should the cards you capture lie adjacent to "weaker" cards (i.e. cards with smaller numbers on the neighboring sides), those cards will fall under your control as well. Only one of the two or more matching cards needs to belong to your opponent for the Plus capture mechanic to take effect.
