Thus it is subject to change in future patches. Do note this was near the release of the patch and the NPCs cards might get nerfed supposedly.

The regional rule at the time of the video was Order and Roulette. Roulette matches will give you random rules which suck BUT winning roulette matches counts for achievement progress. Winning 300 Roulette matches will net you the Vaan card so when it's on easier NPCs like these ones it may be an opportunity to grind some matches out.

0:29-Wymond at Ul'dah - Steps of Nald X:9 Y:8. Three Open is his match rule. You may have to do his quest first so he'll challenge you. This guy is pretty easy typically but Order and Roulette complicated it lol. Don't really need me to give you a strat for this guy. Drops Coblyn.

1:47-Momodi at Ul'dah - Steps of Nald X:11 Y:9. If you are a newer player she does require you to progress in the main story before you can challenge her. Her Match rule was three Open. This one was made interesting since Roulette gave me the Reverse Rule, meaning lower numbers beat higher numbers so all of a sudden 1s on a card are a good thing lol. Order though did not amuse me. Normally though she's not too hard either. She drops Momodi Modi and Baderon Tenfingers.

3:01-Helmhart at Eastern Thanalan X:20,Y:21. Regional Rule was Swap. Match Rule is Three Open. Only able to partake in matches From 10:00 am to 8:00 pm ET Eorzean time.
The Quest 'Hair Club for Hyur' needs to be completed as well. He's best described as mid level. He's got some nice cards but isn't the toughest opponent. He drops Ultros & Typhon and Gerolt. Honestly his drops are easier to get elsewhere so I recommend just beating him once and that's it.

4:13-Roger at Central Thanalan X:19 Y:20. Regional rule was swap. Match Rule is All Open. Not a tough opponent at all. Good for beginners to take on. He drops Pudding and Morbol.

5:26 -F'hobhas at Central Thanalan X:23 Y:13. Regional Rule was Swap. Match Rule is Three Open. Eh she's not too tough. Mid level perhaps. Drops Mutamix Bubblypots which is a nice card.

6:42-Fufulupa at Western Thanalan X:22, Y:17. Regional Rule was Swap. Match Rule is Three Open. Mid tier opponent I guess you'd say he has some powerful cards. He drops Thancred.

8:08-Hab at Southern Thanalan X:24, Y:40. Quest 'Zombies Are People Too' needs to be completed. His match rule is Descension. This match calls for some powerful cards without factions attached to them..Sadly I have too many good faction based cards and ATM can only have unlimted two star cards. I tried making a special deck for this but somehow my main deck was more successful. This guy is rather nasty so maybe hold off on him until you've acquired a lot of cards. He drops Godbert Manderville, Thancred and Hildibrand & Nashu Mhakaracca. Yeah so he's one of those guys you need a great deck for in order to farm for Hildibrand and Nashu. He's one of the tougher NPCs.

9:31-Swift at Ul'dah - Steps of Nald X:8 Y:8. Accepts challenges only From 6 am to 11:00 am ET Eorzean time. No regional rules, match rule is Chaos. THIS is the one NPC everyone talks about as the hardest and cheapest. They are right. With Chaos this match is pure RNG. You are better off waiting until you have 60 cards to face him IMO but even with unlimited free stars he is a dirty cheat with his RNG. He also has insanely good cards. Drops Ifrit, Alphinaud & Alisaie and finally Raubahn Aldynn. Him being limited in the time you can fight him also stinks so good luck farming him. There isn't a real reliable strategy or deck when Chaos just messes you up. He truly is an endgame NPC of Triple Triad.
