A video featuring matches against all of the current NPCs in the La Noscea region as of Patch 2.51

Thus it is subject to change in future patches. Do note this was near the release of the patch and the NPCs cards might get nerfed supposedly.

Regional rule this time was..Chaos...So it made things harder. It made battles that normally aren't hard a pain lol. So my advice is not try to beat people when chaos is the regional rule if you value your sanity.

0:31-Tratchoum in Lower La Noscea at X:35, Y:15 only will accept Triple Triad matches in From 8:00 pm to 8:00 am ET, Eorzean time. Three Open is his rule. This guy isn't hard actually but has some nasty cards. Might be able to beat him early on. He drops Moogle and drops Titan.

1:49-Mimidoa in Lower La Noscea Y:25 X:35. Three Open is his rule. This guy isn't too bad actually but Chaos was in effect so it became a nuisance. He drops Biggs and Wedge.

3:03-Memeroon in Upper La Noscea X:14,Y:24. All Open is his match rule. I HIGHLY recommend you start with him as one of your first NPCs, he can drop some decent cards and is simple to beat even with the starter deck as I demonstrated here. He drops Amalj'aa and drops Memeroon

4:16-Baderon at Limsa Lominsa Upper Decks X:11 Y:11. Three Open and Sudden Death. He's got some scary cards but not that bad. He drops Baderon Tenfingers which is nice but you'll probably have like ten of those bloody cards if you invest in Gold Booster packs which also drop them. Newer players will also have to have progressed far enough into the main story to be able to challenge him. Also had some mic issues so that's why you may have noticed me cutting the audio for a second.

6:50-Gegeruju at Eastern La Noscea X:35 Y:30. Swap and Sudden Death are his rules. This guy is pretty dang easy and actually not bad for beginners to take on surprisingly. This is due to his derpy AI and the swap rule, if you have junky cards then you'll be happy when he gets stuck with one and you get one of his nicer cards. He drops Y'shtola and Minfilia. Only has female cards in his deck lol. He put up a good fight for this recording though.

10:00-R'ashaht Rhiki at Limsa Lominsa Upper Decks X:13 Y:12 From 2 pm to 7 pm ET Eorzean Time. Must have cleared the Quest "They Came from the Deep". Her rules are Same and Plus. I thought she'd be tough but I think I mixed her up with that jerk Grand Company NPC who has Odin in his deck lol. She has pretty good cards though so maybe have 30+ cards in your deck before challenging her but the Same and Plus rules can be exploited too. She drops Y'shtola, Leviathan and Merlwyb Bloefhiswyn.

To be completely honest with you guys she was easy to farm too, in less than five matches she dropped Leviathan and Merlwyb...Either the RNG smiled upon me or her drop rates aren't so bad.

Oh and the site I personally use for knowing when NPCs are up:
