Mauro Xavier (MXRetroDev) and his team just released their their newest version of Final Fight MD for Sega Genesis, bringing a half finished and extremely polished version of the game to Sega consoles! I know we got Final Fight CD on Sega CD but this is just in all ways the better way to play one of the best arcade games on Sega hardware!
