A former soldier has found an unusual therapy to deal with severe post traumatic stress disorder.

The experience of serving in Iraq and elsewhere left ex-Redcap Stephen Carr suffering bouts of violence, drunkenness and thoughts of suicide.

Today though, this father-of-two has turned his life around by putting his energy into becoming one of Britain's top motorcycle riders.
