That concludes Fire Emblem 6.
The final map. Everything I said about the previous map still stands, even though the Manaketes are on par with Jahn/Yahn they're still easy pickings for anyone carrying a Legendary weapon here, even worse; they don't have a throne to give some bullshit bonuses to them.
Idoun/Idun is something, though. Even with the Legendary weapons she's a tough costumer, her attack hurts like a mother and she moves around (although her movement is very low). But everything is completely thrown off the window since the Sealed Sword/Binding Blade ANNIHILATES her. Even a Roy who had bad growths can possibly kill her in two turns and the game is not even remotely subtle about making you kill her with him.
I do try to play around using the Binding Blade at the very last moment to show the quirks of this map, though.
Manaketes will randomly pop from the statues around the arena, two on each side, and act on the turn they appear. You can sort of block them with your characters, but watch out since only a General with immense Def may survive getting attacked by a Manakete and Idoun/Idun in the same turn.
Anyway, this is a big letdown for this game. Even Hard Mode doesn't give Idoun/Idun bonuses beyond some HP...
