Here is another chapter that is not terribly problematic. The one tile wide bridge is a nuisance by getting my units stuck once or twice, but that's about it.

The first village contains another powerful sword with 140 accuracy, 10 power, +30 avoid and +4 res. This baby goes straight to Karin since its high stats make finishing off the boss way quicker than it would be with the +5 defense sword. That extra boost gives Karin JUST enough time for Karin to fetch the speedwing from the topleft village before Leaf captures. (+3 speed is kind of useless, but it does sell for a cool 4000G!)

The pink haired Lara we get from the village is our first mage. She's super frail and not too powerful, but a mage is a mage, I suppose. Unfortunately, magic is locked to 2 range instead of 1-2 range which makes it lose some versatility.
