We might have saved the chapel, but it had to come at a great cost. Byleth and Dimitri then hear about the next plans from Monica and a mysterious mage named Thales, and then Byleth checks out Jeralt's room to see if there is anything he had left over for him. Some of the Knights of Seiros have left to search for the enemy.

As for the rest of the description, I recommend watching the full video before reading past this point of the description

Captain Jeralt is dead, and we get some sad music during the Monastery exploration. Leonie's B Support with Byleth is locked until this chapter, and it doesn't go that well at the end, right after Byleth has just lost his father. During the scene with Thales and Monica outside of Garreg Mach Monastery, alongside the Flame Emperor, only on the Blue Lions route does Byleth and Dimitri eavesdrop on them.
Then it is time to explore the Monastery, and one thing that surprised me was that Marianne and Hilda had different quotes when talking to them, I was sure this conversation was exclusive to the Golden Deer route, but it turns out you need to have them both recruited.
Some of the knights, like Shamir, Catherine, Gilbert, and Alois will not be at the Monastery for this month, as they are searching for the enemy.
As for units with different quotes depending on the house picked, Hubert has extra lines, and one thing I never mentioned about Hubert is that in Chapter 8, Monica did have some dialogue if you talked to them on the Black Eagles route, otherwise she just doesn't say anything. We also have Bernadetta not being in her room this month, she will be at the cemetery, and when you check the grave of Byleth's mother, you will see Jeralt's name there as well.
Then for the main quest, Sothis will be in Jeralt's room, and you can pick up a ring there if you talk to her, this becomes very important later in the game, I won't spoil when.
There is only one sidequest for this month, and it is a battle quest.
Then for lost items for this month, I will list which units have lost items:
Edelgard (Black Eagles only), Dimitri (Blue Lions only), Claude (Golden Deer only), Dorothea, Dedue (Blue Lions only), Felix, Ingrid, Ignatz, Marianne, Hilda, Leonie, Seteth, Flayn, Manuela, Gilbert, Alois, Catherine, Shamir

This is the most lost items for one chapter, and neither Shamir, Catherine, Gilbert, or Alois are at the Monastery this month.
One thing I could go over in that scene is there being hints towards the Flame Emperor during that scene, I won't spoil who the Flame Emperor really is, or what connections the Flame Emperor had with the Tragedy of Duscur, but this is the only route where Byleth eavesdrops on their conversation.
