I used: Klefki, Rillaboom, Clawitzer, and Kangaskhan
My Opponent used: Whimsicott, Blastoise, Ferrothorn, and Charizard
Stadium: Turrfield
Battle BGM: Gym Leader

A new team is put to the test, and this one is a terrain specialized team, as I have both Indeedee and Rillaboom to set up the terrain, and one Pokémon on the team has a special move that is different depending on the terrain, that Pokémon is Clawitzer.
My strategy with the team is to lead with Klefki to set up some screens, and she has a Light Clay to extend the duration to 8 turns, and use Thunder Wave to paralyze speedy opponents, and my other Pokémon is the one setting up the terrain, so in this case, I lead with Rillaboom. I find it strange that all of my Pokémon on this team are female, even my Rillaboom, which has a 1/8 chance, this is the same Rillaboom that I have used in the past, and she has proven to be really good in battle with Grassy Glide, as that has helped out in past battles. Lately when I have been breeding for Pokémon for online battles, I seem to get female Pokémon with competitive IVs most of the time.
I do see a lot of Whimsicott leads with Tailwind in Double Battles, and my opponent used a Shell Smash Blastoise and I was surprised to see my opponent have a Dynamax Blastoise and not a Gigantamax, I do remember how good Gigantamax Charizard was in VGC Tournaments, and Gigantamax Blastoise's G-Max Cannonade has the same effect as Charizard's G-Max Wildfire with the continuous damage, but I guess the reason behind the Dyanamax is to summon the rain through Max Geyser.
Now for the main Pokémon on the team, it is my Clawitzer, she has a move called Terrain Pulse, this move doubles in power and changes type depending on the terrain, if Grassy Terrain is active, Terrain Pulse is a Grass-type move, it's like Weather Ball, but for terrain, it is a 50 base power move that becomes 100 base power when terrain is active, and Clawitzer's Mega Launcher boosts that power even more by 50%, and she has Aura Sphere, Dark Pulse, and Water Pulse for some powered up moves. Clawitzer is a Pokémon that I kind of like, but I find it to be a bit underrated, but here I was able to show off her true potential, Clawitzer's Speed stat can be a downside, and her defensive stats are about average, but that Special Attack stat is what makes up for it.
It might seem strange that I am using a Kangaskhan in a game where Mega Evolution is no longer a thing, but I can find a way to make her work. She has Scrappy for her Ability, so coverage isn't a huge requirement, as Body Slam and Drain Punch are her main moves, and Sucker Punch is there for priority. She is a decent Normal-type to use, even without that overpowered Mega Evolution that made Kangaskhan a top-tier threat in VGC Tournaments, and I went with the Chople Berry for her held item to decrease the damage from Fighting-type moves, I did consider the Silk Scarf at first, but felt that Chople Berry would be a better item.
