Byleth and the Black Eagles students have driven out the thieves with the help of Seteth, and they are now back at the Monastery, along with every student Byleth has recruited before the war started. A lot has gone on throughout the five years, like the fate of Dimitri, and we learn that Rhea has not been found ever since her disappearance.

As for the rest of the description, I recommend watching the full video before reading past this point of the description

Five years have passed since the Battle of Garreg Mach, and every student have their appearances changed, and none of the Church of Seiros look different, with the exception of Cyril. I am guessing the chapter name is kind of to reference the fate of Dimitri and the Kingdom of Faerghus, but we don't know if Dimitri really is dead or not.
The Black Eagles are back together, but this time we don't have Edelgard or Hubert with us, but at least we got to keep Flayn with us, because I am doing this route and Crimson Flower side by side, and on Crimson Flower, Flayn leaves your group. Another thing about Silver Snow is that there are no units exclusive to this route, because even though Seteth does take over Edelgard's role, as he's kind of like your leader on this route, he is recruited on all other routes aside from Crimson Flower.
Silver Snow is considered to be the least popular route in the game, I will explain a bit more about it later, but most of it is similar to another route, and Crimsom Flower's story is completely different to other routes, as I have explained if you have watched my Crimson Flower playthrough, even though I have the beginning of Chapter 13 uploaded so far. We then notice that two units are missing, we did hear about Lorenz back in the previous part, but we even see that Ashe is not part of our group, even though I did recruit both Lorenz and Ashe in Part 1. Some Supports are locked until the timeskip, a notable example is Byleth's B Support with Caspar and Ferdinand, and some C Supports cannot happen during the timeskip.
Back when Byleth encountered Edelgard at the Goddess Tower on this route, she tells him that some Black Eagles students have sided with her, this is only true for Hubert, but originally, if you were playing Classic Mode and any Black Eagles students were defeated in battle, they would side with Edelgard, but it doesn't happen in the final game, I will explain more about it later in the story.
As for the supply quest, Seteth is the one giving you those quests on this route, and for other quests, there is a fishing quest where you have to catch a certain fish, it will have a purple silhouette. A man at the Marketplace gives you a quest, you have to pick up a Cornerstone Fragment at the Cathedral, and give it to him, and two people in the Entrance Hall give you battle quests.
In the timeskip, you get Advance Drills, which is like Faculty Training, but students can provide you Advance Drills, it has to be in skills they have strengths in, and their skill rank needs to be higher than Byleth's in order to provide Advance Drills, and this can be good for training Byleth up in certain skills, like Flying or Riding.
There were some classes that I have some units go into, I want try and get Ferdinand to Dark Bishop so that can get Lifetaker, which heals 20% of his HP after defeating an enemy, and for his final class, I might keep him as a Paladin, or maybe try and see if I can get him to Great Knight, I am aware that Great Knight is not a good class, but on a route where Edelgard leaves your group, I made Ferdinand an Armored Knight to get him to 12 Defense, and he will probably be my most defensive unit on the team, I have not brought a Great Knight to the end of a route since Gilbert in Azure Moon, and I know that most players tend to go with Wyvern Lord on Ferdinand, and that Great Knight is not an easy class to work on. There is one other class I have not had on my final team, and that is Mortal Savant, and I might put Dorothea in that class, I know it's not a great class, and I already have Flayn as a Gremory, and I did put Felix into Mortal Savant in Azure Moon, and in another playthrough of Verdant Wind, I put Ignatz in that class, but in the end, I ended up keeping Felix as a Swordmaster, because I found that Mortal Savant didn't work well for him.
