Byleth receives his next mission for this month, his class must stop the assassination of Rhea on the Goddess's Rite of Rebirth, and then we check out some supports before exploring the Monastery, as we see the interaction between the house of nobles.

As for the rest of the description, I recommend watching the full video before reading past this point of the description

It is the start of Chapter 4, and Byleth is introduced to Shamir, one of the Knights of Seiros, and Cyril, her apprentice. Even though we did see them in the Monastery, this is their introduction scene. Then you have to talk to your house leader to start a quest and talk to different people to learn about the enemy's true aim, there is a red note on the map which indicates who you have to talk to, and they give you a Mysterious Note if you talk to them, and this does include Alois and Hanneman. When you have collected all the Mysterious Notes, talk to your house leader, and you will receive an Owl Feather, a gift that is liked by everyone.
The next thing is quests, one of them is from Caspar, and this unlocks Tournaments in the Training Grounds, where you can have your unit participate, and you get a prize if you win all rounds. The next one is from Ferdinand, he gives you an Elegant Tea Set, give that to Lorenz to complete the quest, and you will unlock the ability to have a Tea Party with that unit, this does use an Activity Point, and you can invite a unit to tea, and if you answer all three questions correctly, the guest will make a comment, and if you answer that correctly, you can observe the guest. You can do it for free on that unit's birthday, and attending a Tea Party will boost the Charm stat of Byleth and that guest by one stage, and Byleth can only get a Charm boost twice, some sites list favourite tea blend and answers to questions.
The next quest is from Seteth, where you have to pick up a Thieves Intel at the Knight's Quarters, give it to Seteth to complete the quest.
Starting from this month, Catherine can be recruited, but as I am playing on Black Eagles, I am unable to recruit her, but you can on Blue Lions and Golden Deer, you need to have Byleth to be at least Level 15, or Level 12 if you get up to C Support with Catherine, which won't be that likely this chapter, so that would mean we don't get access to Thunderbrand on this route, because Catherine is really good if you recruit her, but she cannot be recruited on Black Eagles, so there isn't much reason to go over her on this route.
The next thing is lost items, I will list which units have lost items this month:
Hubert (Black Eagles only), Ferdinand, Caspar, Dedue (Blue Lions only), Lorenz, Marianne, Hilda, Manuela, Catherine, Alois

There are some units that have different dialogue based on the route or if you have recruited them, like Dorothea, Caspar, Petra, Felix, Mercedes, Annette, Ingrid, Lorenz, Ignatz, and Leonie, and I don't remember if Hilda has different quotes if you recruit her on Blue Lions at this point, because I remember on the Golden Deer route, Hilda tells you that she is the one that manages the records of the Golden Deer house.
We go through a bunch of supports in this video, and one of which is Hubert and Ferdinand's C Support, which does show that Ferdinand wants to prove that he is better than Edelgard in many ways possible, and Hubert, who is loyal to Edelgard, looks down on Ferdinand. Dorothea's C Support with Edelgard is one of these moments where Dorothea sings, I guess she wants to make a good opera, and Edelgard is not sure how she will be portrayed in one.
