Byleth and the Black Eagles students enter the Holy Mauselium, which is where the ritual for the Goddess's Rite of Rebirth is set to take place, and the security there is not as good as the other parts of the Monastery. We have 25 turns to protect the treasure, which could be a weapon that has some connection to the Church of Seiros, and we have to be wary of a very powerful foe known as the Death Knight.

As for the rest of the description, I recommend watching the full video before reading past this point of the description

I find it really interesting that whichever choice you pick out of the three options, one of your units has a quote depending on the choice, so for this house, it would be Linhardt, Bernadetta, or Petra based on which choice you pick. For Blue Lions, it would be Ingrid, Mercedes, or Annette, and for Golden Deer, it would be Ignatz, Lorenz, or Marianne.
Another bit of trivia is that the Goddess's Rite of Rebirth takes place on the release date of Fire Emblem: Three Houses. This is the first map where we encounter the Death Knight, and this guy is very overpowered, he's even more powerful than the boss of this map. His Scythe of Sariel has a boosted crit rate, and he can counterattack from any range, but if you can defeat him, he will drop a Dark Seal, which can be used to promote units to the Dark Mage class, and this is a great class for Hubert if you can get one of those, or if you have a unit that has mastered Thief, you can steal from the Death Knight and have a unit use Reposition or Draw Back to get them away from the Death Knight's attack range, this will not work on Maddening, because if you are playing on Maddening, the Death Knight does move.
The Black Eagles do not have an easy way to defeat the Death Knight, because the Golden Deer has Lysithea, she can learn Dark Spikes Τ, which deals bonus damage to cavalry units and this can take out the Death Knight in one attack, Hubert does learn that spell, but he doesn't get it until A Rank in Reason. The Death Knight does have unique dialogue if you have Mercedes or Edelgard fight him.
There are two chests on this map, and two enemy units have a Chest Key each, a Dark Mage and an Archer, and from the chests, you can get a Spirit Dust and an Intermediate Seal. The Spirit Dust increases a unit's Magic stat by 2, and the Intermediate Seal allows you to promote a unit to an Intermediate Class starting from Level 10.
On turn 7, reinforcements will show up, and they are three Mages, and they all have Battalions that use Group Lightning, I would recommend having a unit with good Res to deal with the Mages, their Gambit deals magic damage and has a wide range.
The boss of this map is a Dark Mage, and he has Mysterious Magic Users for his Battalion, and the Gambit is Resonant Flames, which has a wider range and deals magic damage. He has some dark magic spells, like Miasma Δ, and he has Unsealable Magic, so he will not be affected by the silence status. He shouldn't be too difficult, you can have your bow users use Curved Shot to weaken him, and you can have your lower level unit deal the finishing blow to get a good amount of experience, the Mysterious Mage's Defense is very low, so your physical weapons should make quick work of him.
After defeating the Mysterious Mage, we get a cutscene where Byleth receives a sword from the Tomb of Seiros, which he later learns is known as the Sword of the Creator, a Hero's Relic tied to the Crest of Flames, and it was wielded by Nemesis in his battle against Seiros.
Another thing I never went over in my other playthroughs, even though you can recruit Catherine starting from Chapter 4 on any non-Black Eagles route, she cannot be used on this map, but then again you aren't that likely to have recruited Catherine at this point in the game.
We go through so much dialogue after that, where Edelgard tells Byleth about how there are many churches all across Fódlan, there is the Central Church at Garreg Mach, and there is the Western Church from Castle Gaspard, where Lonato and his troops rebelled against us, and some of the students are uneasy about Rhea's actions, about how she can execute an entire group from the Western Church.
Then we get another scene with the mysterious masked being and a man talking about how the Sword of the Creator ended up in Byleth's possession, I noticed during this chapter that the Death Knight and some of the troops are part of the Flame Emperor Army, so maybe this mysterious masked being could be the Flame Emperor, I never even noticed that until this playthrough.
Then Byleth learns from Rhea and Seteth about Nemesis, the King of Liberation, who was given the Sword of the Creator from the goddess to defeat the evil gods, and Nemesis was corrupted by the darkness, and that led to Seiros defeating him. Then Sothis tells Byleth about how the Sword of Creator is like Catherine's Thunderbrand, as they are both Heroes' Relics.
