Here is the final battle on Scarlet Blaze, and this takes place at Garreg Mach. Shez and the Imperial army are not only up against the Central Church, they are also dealing with Those Who Slither in the Dark, so it is a three way battle against their most powerful troops, and that we might end up having to deal with both Thales and Rhea, and both are going to be tough opponents.

As for the rest of the description, I recommend watching the full video before reading past this point of the description

There is only one battle on the War Map, and as for preparations, you will want to bring Sword, Axe, Lance, and Gauntlets, you can bring a Dark Bishop like Hubert to deal with the cavalry units, a Bow user to deal with the Pegasus Knights targeting Count Varley.
I find it unusual that The Long Road, a regular battle map theme from Three Houses, plays on the first phase of the final battle. For strategies, you can choose Twin Jewels of the Empire if you have Ferdinand and Hubert deployed, and this boosts their power against enemies.
Rescuing Count Varley is optional, if he is defeated, you don't fail, and you can have Edelgard as an Emperor to destroy the stone walls to create a path. The other side will have some Mages attacking Count Varley with magic, you can defeat them to help him.
Have units on the west side go south, and this will lead to a stronghold, some reinforcements appear, and then time to fight Myson, and when he has taken enough damage, he will warp away. This will lead to the warp floor, but it is not active yet, you then have the east side units go south of the map to the controls, but before that, you have to fight Catherine, defeat her to get to the warp controls, you can have these units capture the catapults to stop the enemy using long ranged attacks.
Your west units will warp to the east side, and they will fight against Myson, and after he is defeated, this will remove the dark barriers, and Count Varley will retreat from battle, and it is time to fight against Cyril, a Wyvern Lord, and some reinforcements, and this is when Twin Jewels of the Empire can be initiated, but you do need Hubert and Ferdinand deployed in order to use it.
After defeating Cyril, it is time to enter Garreg Mach Monastery, and after some dialogue, we enter the Reception Hall, and fight against Thales, the music changes to A Funeral of Flowers, which is a good remix of the song, this was the final boss theme for the Silver Snow route in Three Houses. If you chose Raging Flames, you can activate that to help against Thales, and after defeating him, it is time to cross the bridge leading to the cathedral, where Rhea, who appears in her Saint Seiros appearance, waits.
After dealing enough damage, Rhea will then transform into the Immaculate One, which has four barriers, and has barrier weakness to Lance, Axe, Bow, and Darkness, this can be really tough as the Immaculate One is large, and her attacks can affect a wide area, be really careful against her.
After defeating the Immaculate One, Rhea will change back to her regular form, and then Thales shows up, and it is time to defeat both of them to lead the Empire to victory.
After that, we get a cutscene and the S Rank reward is Hauteclere, an A Rank Axe that can be obtained through forging, but at least you get one for free, then it goes over Battle Data, including which units you got MVP with in every battle you have done, and you receive a letter from the unit you gave the Merc Whistle to, and then the credits roll.
After completing the game, you unlock New Game +, you can carry over level, Support levels, Class level, Abilities, items, weapons, and camp upgrades, the Merc Whistle does not carry over, and you unlock Maddening difficulty, which is even harder than Hard, because on Chapter 4 on Maddening, enemies are over Level 100, making even starting a New Game on Maddening very difficult. You unlock Crest Items, which can be bought with Renown, and you can unlock new units and weapons with Renown, I will go more into them in another video, I do want to make another video on this route showing some things you unlock after completing Scarlet Blaze, and maybe working on some classes for other units to prepare for another route.
