How To Fix EA App Error Code INST-18-4103 Something Went Wrong The EA App Encountered An Error And Couldn't Finish Installing
Step 1) Run EA App installer as an administrator
Step 2) End all EA Services/EA Files in task manager, open Task Manager and end task for 'Windows Installer', then run EAappinstaller.exe as an administrator.
Step 3) Uncheck Create Desktop Shortcut
Step 4) Install Visual C++ Files, restart your PC and try installing EA app using new installer

Step 5) Uninstall Visual C++ Files, restart your PC and then install Visual C++ Files again
Step 6) Enable .NET Framework
Step 7) Go to C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\Programs, create a folder named EA if not there. Right click on it/Properties/Security tab/Edit/Add/Type 'Everyone'/Check Names/OK /Click 'Full control' in list of permissions for 'Everyone' /Apply /Apply. Then proceed with installing the EA app.
Step 8) Try downloading EA App Installer through a different browser (Chrome/Firefox/ Edge)
Step 9) Disable all your virtual network adapters (e.g., Hyper-V, TAP-Windows, VMware) and VPN.
Step 10) Use VPN, turn on/off VPN, switch to different network, use mobile hotspot, make sure date, time, time zone and region is correct on your PC
Step 11) Run these commands
ipconfig /flushdns
ipconfig /release
ipconfig /renew
netsh winsock reset
netsh int ip reset
netsh interface ipv4 reset
netsh interface ipv6 reset
netsh interface tcp reset
Step 12) Install .NET Framework 4.8.1

Step 13) Delete origin folder from C:\ProgramData (If you want you can create a backup)
Step 14) Rename EA Desktop & Electronic Arts in C:\ProgramData
Rename EA Desktop, Electronic Arts, EALaunchHelper in C:\Users\Username\AppData\Local
Now try to install the EA App again.
Step 15) Change install location
Uninstall EA Desktop app if previously installed - uninstall is not applicable if EA App is not installed)
Restart your computer
Install EA Desktop app using new installer, select custom install, change installation directory to Desktop, create folder on Desktop named "EA", continue with the installation.
Step 16) If using ImDisk / RAMdisk /RAM-Drive, you must set TEMP location to default, to complete installation. After setting the variables to the defaults, you can try installing EA App
Step 17) Update Windows, also make sure Windows Update Service is enabled
Step 18) Uninstall EA app/remains of EA App using Revo uninstaller (If previously installed- uninstall is not applicable if EA App is not installed)
Delete any EA folders in ProgramFiles and ProgramData except EA Games as it has installed games
Restart PC and try installing EA app
Step 19) Create a new Windows account
