136Windows is weird. If you have multiple monitors, they likely aren't the same size and resolution. Moving your mouse or windows between them can lead to jumps and weird lines being drawn. This software improves that drastically, so moving your mouse makes much more sense in real life. Windows can only see pixels and doesn't understand where your monitors are and their physical size.
