How To Fix Rainbow Six Siege X Stuck On "PLEASE WAIT Starting Game Session" Screen On PC
Step 1) Uninstall and reinstall BattlEye
Step 2) If you have any game which has Battleye (PUBG/fortnite) then rename the BEService_x64.exe for Rainbow Six Siege and the copy the BEService_x64.exe from another game and paste it to the Rainbow Six Siege
Step 3) If able to launch the game avoid using Alt+Tab
Step 4) Select “No beta chosen” in Steam
Step 5) Delete the config file (All saved settings will be lost)
Step 6) Uncheck administrator from game exe file
Step 7) Uninstall Ubisoft Connect and install the latest version
Step 8) Run Steam/Ubisoft Connect as an administrator
Step 9) Steam users try launching game from Ubisoft Connect
Step 10) Clear download cache
C:\Program Files (x86)\Ubisoft\Ubisoft Game Launcher\cache
Step 11) Run the game as an administrator from the game installation folder, try running the game in compatibility mode.
Step 12) Verify the game files
Step 13) Try -dx11/-dx12 in launch options
Step 14) Allow the game exe file to your antivirus program/Windows Security and Firewall
Step 15) Perform a clean installation of graphics driver.

Step 16) Run the game on dedicated graphics card
Step 17) Roll back graphics driver

Step 18) Try Debug mode in the Nvidia control panel

Step 20) Update Windows to the latest version
Step 21) Set it default, Close all the overclocking application MSI Afterburner/Rivatuner, remove the undervolt, disable Steam Overlay, close all the overlay apps (Discord, Nvidia app, Nvidia shadow play overlay, AMD overlay), Close all Razer peripherals software
Step 22) Unplug External devices such as hotas, wheel, pedals, , Razer Tartarus, disconnect all the additional USB adapter connected to PC, disconnect additional joystick/controllers connected, disconnect multiple monitors, turn off Razer Synapse (razor lighting effects) and MSI Dragon Center, corsair software, close third-party services such as nahimic services/lightingservice.exe etc.
Step 23) Increase the Virtual Memory
View Advanced system settings.
Initial Size: 1.5 x Total Ram
Maximum Size: 3 X Total Ram
Step 24) Update BIOS
Step 25) Uninstall the game, go to the game installation folder and delete the game folder, restart your PC, and reinstall the game to C Drive/if already installed to C drive, then install the game to another SSD
