I get the following error message/notification unexpectedly while try to access the whatsapp in my android and this error is mostly occurred while sending video or lot of messages are received:

Unfortunately,WhatsApp has stopped.


This error solution is also common for android,tablets,bluestacks and the android versions are kitkat,lollipop,marsh mallow.



Some error occurred devices are samsung,samsung s3,samsung s4,huawei,note 3,nexus 5,note 4,note 2,kenapa,sony xperia m,xiaomi,genymotion,lg g3,youwave,miui,moto g,sony xperia,htc,asus,micromax,yureka,lenovo,panasonic,one plus one,vivo,gionee,redmi,oppo,moto,nexus,pixel,sony,samsung galaxy devices,honour,and sometime iphone also.





Solution 1:

1.Goto settings-intelligent power savings.

2.Untick all the options.


Solution 2:

1.Goto settings-about phone-device informations.

2.Then press "5 times" continously on "Build number" option.

3.Now go back to two steps then click"Developer option".

4.Locate" Background process limit" andthen choose"No background processes".

5.Finally once restart/reboot your android the problem is solved.
