Flowing FUNNEL Pour - Wait til you see the rings ⭕️WOW!! Abstract Acrylic Art
290This is a funnel pour creation using some purples and violets with a special shoutout to a viewer and friend - Adrienne - who is in Australia. This was all about layering the funnel in a certain way to create rings and patterns. Using this color palette and technique was a lot of fun and you can do it too.

Tutorial Information and Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs):
▶ ️ Technique for this Tutorial: Funnel Pour
▶ ️ Pouring Medium formula (unless otherwise stated in the video): My paints are mixed with paint, water and a pouring medium (Floetrol Owatrol) with a ratio of 1:1:3 - You may have to adjust your ratios depending on the paint brands you use.
Note: Floetrol Owatrol is thicker than the US version of Flood Floetrol so you might not need the water element when mixing your paints.
▶ ️ Cell Activator: When I use a cell activator, I use Australian Floetrol and Titanium White with the ratio of 4:1 - You can experiment with other alternatives like Silicone Oil, Vegetable glycerin, pre-stain wood conditioner or even just paint and water.
▶ ️ Color Palette for this Creation (Brand and Color Name):
Arteza: Pearl Lilac
Royal Talens Amsterdam: Ultramarine Violet, Paput Mortuum Violet, Permanent Blue Violet
Pebeo: Dark Cobalt Violet Hue, Iridescent Silver
▶ ️ Hair dryer: When I use a hair dryer I use the Remington D3010 and always use the cool setting and the lowest blow speed.
