Flying Saucer / UFO Easter Egg 3 – Heroes V Tribe of East (Flying to the Rescue campaign)
26Plate is a small alien in a flying saucer that appears in A Flamboyant Exit, the last scenario in the Flying to the Rescue campaign in Tribes of the East. He is an easter egg, and won’t appear in normal gameplay.

In order to appear on the map, you need to have more than one million gold, and then summoning storm titans with Zehir at the start of the week. Plate will then appear next to Zehir, with the four storm titans in his army.

“Percy 9th” is possibly a reference to Percival Lowell, who started the work that led to the discovery of Pluto in 1930. Pluto is the ninth (dwarf)planet in the solar system, hence the “9th”.
Interestingly the change of Pluto’s classification from a regular planet to a dwarf planet happen about a year before ToE was released.
