Flyingwings Falcon build, LOS and FPV Maiden, crashing, chasing, and mostly me being an idiot
27Finally I got the chance to try my Falcon, it's actually been built and ready since early December, but the weather and lack of time meant I jut couldn't fly it. I also was keen to have my buddies available to give me some help..... as you will see, I could have done with having them around when setting up the radio mixes.
This was the first of 2 maidens on the day (next one to follow), although things didn't quite go as plan initially, we had a lots of fun on the day flying and generally messing about.
I'm hopeful that sorting out the positioning of the prop will solve both the vibration and the speed issue. I'm still expecting it to suck a 2200 3s dry inside of 10 minutes, but as long as it doesn't do an impression of a slug at the same time, then that's fine :)
