What does it take to be a Royal Marine?

Determination is certainly a key ingredient and few were more determined than former Royal Marine Mark Time.

He joined aged just 16 and served for 12 years.

Now he's turned his experiences into a hilarious warts and all account of his journey from civvie teenager to battle-hardened Marine.
