A Royal Marines Reservist who steered the Navy's involvement in the London Olympics has been decorated by the Queen. Lieutenant Colonel Cliff Dare received an MBE, alongside a former World War Two sailor who's worked tirelessly to keep Normandy veterans in the public eye.
