**At first i thought the low streaming error was maybe my internet suddenly dropping but a quick search showed that it was a bug in the game. Setting the game to high priority in task manager was the recommended fix. Seemed to have worked since it didn't happen again although i'm not too sure how frequent a problem it was to begin with. First time it happened to me on any system.

*System is a Dell Optiplex 980

CPU: I7-860 2.8ghz base
GPU: Zotac GTX 1050 ti
Ram: 10gb ddr3 1333mhz
OS: Win10 Pro, game was recorded with Elgato Game Capture HD (external recorder)
Res: 1080p High settings

{system was purchased on ebay for $100: original specs came with 8gb of ram, HD 5450, and stock psu}
{note that the gpu is in a 4X pcie slot. The mobo design only has enough space for a single slot gpu in the 16x pcie slot. A dual slot card won't fit}
