i THINK it works, time to scale up

Thankfully it seems the cost for research is greatly reduced; this should be much easier than in Update 1

I'll actually get to building Hover Engines, drones and robot assembly lines after this lol but I figure getting some science going for mining/pumpjack efficiency is a good idea

post-stream: I definitely didn't think I'd have time to hook up the entirety of the 64SP/min before I break off for weekend stuff, but I did get through setting up the SP1/2 combined building. I THINK the dimensions and layouts work. Gonna put it to the test later.
