This is the third mission of Blue Planet: Age of Aquarius, the first campaign of the Blue Planet series. Blue Planet tells the story of the GTVA's return to Earth after constructing the Delta Serpentis portal, modeled on the Knossos devices. We occupy the character of Commander Samuel Bei of the 222nd Nightwolves, stationed on the GTD Orestes. We have lost all contact with Command, and Admiral Bei has ordered the battlegroup back through the node. The GTC Duke, sent back through the jump node to Delta Serpentis ahead of us to reestablish contact, has gone incommunicado itself, and upon our arrival in Delta Serpentis she has been observed fleeing to the jump node to Ross 128 and refusing to respond to hails. This qualifies as desertion, and our wing is ordered to apprehend the cruiser. We have been equipped with intersystem jump-capable fighters to enable us to pursue the Duke should she get to the node before we take out her engines.
