This is the thirteenth mission of the Renegade Resurgence campaign for Freespace 2. I had intended to go into Freespace Blue, but I recently heard the news that TopAce, a prolific mod creator and contributor at Hard Light Productions who created this campaign, has sadly passed away. I'm playing his campaigns in his honor. We occupy the role of a pilot assigned to the 74th Predators, GTD Phoenicia. Several renegade gas miners have been located mining stellar gas around the Deneb star. We are to launch a capture operation to insert allied agents onto the gas miners and enable them to infiltrate renegade ranks without suspicion and find out what's really going on. We must destroy the fighter escort and disable both the communications and engines of every gas miner to maintain the ruse.
