This is the fifteenth mission of the Renegade Resurgence campaign for Freespace 2. I had intended to go into Freespace Blue, but I recently heard the news that TopAce, a prolific mod creator and contributor at Hard Light Productions who created this campaign, has sadly passed away. I'm playing his campaigns in his honor. We occupy the role of a pilot assigned to the 74th Predators, GTD Phoenicia. The renegade forces are pressing the Vasudan defenses at Vasuda Prime hard, and we are assigned to reinforce the blockade at the Alpha Centauri jump node, overseen by the GVD Memphis. We are to hold until relieved by the GVD Thamopek.
