Foreword: This game cannot be completed as there are not enough screens to advance the in-game timer to the supposed winning time of 8:12. This video is also a re-upload due to some bad audio synch in the original file.

The concept of the game is to guide your character through his nightmare and to wake up safely at 8:12. Each new screen visited will advance the time by 6 minutes and there are many evil creatures on each screen that must be shot or avoided in order to progress.

Shooting monsters and collecting chalices will improve your "dream state", which is represented by the giant words at the top of the screen.

There are 2 different guns that can be collected throughout the game; white and yellow. Each gun has it's own ammunition type although yellow bullets are much rarer than white ones. The yellow gun can kill more enemy types, but due to the scarcity of ammo, it should only be used to kill enemies that the white gun can't. Some enemies cannot be harmed at all and must be avoided.

There are additional items to pick up such as crucifixes (freeze enemies), clocks (slow enemy movement) and holy water (kill all flying enemies on-screen). There is also a teleporter (looks like a sign-post) that should be carried at all times since this will allow you to escape from 2 screens that you cannot escape from by normal means.

All in all, the game is far too hard to complete without using save states. Even worse is the fact it cannot be completed.

The video shows all chalice locations and all screens, so I guess we can call this a longplay.
