Welcome to our fifth livestream cookalong. Join Mrs Barry, Phoebe, Chloe & Barry as we make a some frittata muffins for lunch!

Recipe:
6 eggs | 150ml milk | 90g grated cheese, handful of fillings – eg spinach, tomatoes, mushrooms, peppers, cooked ham etc
You’ll need: Muffin cases, mixing bowl, whisk

Heat oven to 180c/350f/gas4. Line a muffin tin with muffin cases. Chop up any vegetables etc thinly & place into a bowl. Beat the eggs and milk together in a measuring jug. Add a small handful of the filling to each muffin case and pour egg mix on top, fill it 2/3rds of the way up of each one. Top with a little cheese and bake for around 20 minutes or until it sets.
Allow to cool briefly before serving.
