you have to unlock all skills from Cypher Console.
you get 'Cyphers of the First Ones' from weekly quests daily, wq, rares, and treasures

it might take you about 10+ days or so

tip : as soon as Altonian Understanding is finished,

accept the new 'Broken Circle' quest and complete the 'Jiro to Hero'
and buy 'Improvised Cypher Analysis Tool'

06.Adventurer of Zereth Mortis
basicaly you have to kill all 29 rares in Zereth Mortis
for sure you can get most of them in 1 day,
some ... only spawn during certain times of day / example : Vitiane and Xy'rath
