This level isn't hard, but it is easy to flood villages accidentally.

First, create an earth dam to stop the flow of water cutting off access to the nearest totem.
With the first village setup, send someone for the Knowledge of Repel Water. Also, send a guy to fetch the memory stone to the left of the first village. To have him reach the stone, you'll have to pour some earth at the edge of the plateau holding the memory stone.
DO NOT grab earth from the central or northern portion of the map; you may unplug geysers that will make rivers and that will make travel tougher for your villagers.

After you have the memory and Repel Water, send men to the second totem at the top of a cliff face. Like the memory stone, you'll need to pour earth at the cliff wall to help them reach the totem.

Once the second totem is populated, there's just the third. The problem is that it's surrounded by path blocking trees. Get the men moving toward the totem. Avoid picking up earth near the totem or you will uncap nearby geysers. To kill some of the trees without cutting off access to the totem, pick up earth that is far away from the totem and dump it on the trees, or get some water and just drown the trees.

When all three villages are occupied and have Repel Water, go crazy trying to unleash as many geysers as possible. If a stream of water manages to pass a village, vegetation will start spreading around and underneath the water's surface.

When you get 100% vegetation, send men to the Ancient Passage. When they get as close as they can to it, Jellify the water and activate Evaporate. You should be able to exit the land before Evaporate times out. If you can't, you'll have to try capping some geysers with dirt.
