In this level, you can learn of the special power called Jellify Water. A special power is unlocked as long as you have a village at the totem housing the ability. Note that you can only use a power for a limited time before it needs to recharge.

At the start of the level, populate the glowing totem. Your instinct may be to build a village at the totem nearest the villagers, but that might just be a waste of time.

While they are moving toward the glowing totem, pickup some lava and build two stones walls to stop water from cutting access to the stone of repel water.

As the first village goes up, start dumping water away from the stone of knowledge so a villager can go fetch Repel Water. If another tsunami starts before the villager manages to deliver Repel Water, \active Jellify Water to stop the giant wave.

Make sure to get the first totem populated. Once you have two totems populated, you just have the get the third, which is a across a great river.

Order men to try to reach it. When they stop at the bank of the river, active Jellify Water. Start moving water out of their way and create a nice little Biblical scene.

With all three totems having villages, the only problem left is to spread vegetation to 100%.

To do this, wait for plants to reach the river blocking the way to the ancient passage. Jellify the water, move it out the way, and create an earth bridge so the plants can spread.

If you need to, you can also spread plants to the sand near the volcano the same way it was done for the ancient passage.

With 100% vegetation, Jellify the river again and help men reach the ancient passage.
