From Dust part 8 of 13 High Tides
2This land is very tricky. The water level will continuously rise and fall.
At the start of the level, try moving the first village to the island to the village's left. When you manage to select a suitable spot for the the village to move to, tell men to try to reach the totem that is already on the island and tell a guy to go for the stone of Repel Water.
As the water recedes, the villagers will make a mad rush to the west. Once you have two villages, and they have shared Repel Water, you need to deal with getting the central totem.
Similar to the previous land, you just need to wait for the water to move away from the totem. Try to claim it, and activate Jellify Water if the water starts rushing back in.
If you feel like Repel Water won't reach the village before Jellify Water runs out, activate your new power, Infinite Earth, and Amplify Breath to raise the ground level of the central village.
Once it's safe, use Infinite Earth and Ampilify Breath to get the last totem into the perfect condition for being claimed.
With all four totems occupied, try moving a village near the ancient passage. The village's Repel Water will keep the passage from buried in water.
Spread vegetation to 100% with Infinite Earth and exit the level.
