Satisfactory has entered Early Access and I've decided to play through it! It's similar to a 3D version of Factorio, one of my favorite games. In this episode, we set up some geothermal power, and connect the main factory power to the first oil outpost's power. At this point we have basically researched everything that is currently available, so I give my thought on the game as it currently is.

We set out to set up some geothermal power. It seems that there are some geysers between our factory and our first oil outpost. While heading out there, we are looking for the oil trucks which seem to be getting stuck / running out of fuel. We do fine the one truck and give it some more fuel. We set up the geothermal power on two geysers, and connect them to our main base, and to the power of the first oil outpost. With this, we are now generating over 2,000 MW of power.

With this done, there is nothing left currently but unlocking some alternate recipes by researching the hard drives. So at the end of the episode, I give my thoughts on the game. I really enjoy the game, and 3D and some of there decisions do set it apart from Factorio and similar games. With some small tweaks and a goal that your are building towards, with will be a great game. Hopefully with the updates that are expected over the course of early access, with the first expected by the end of the month, they will polish this into a great game.
