In Ball, the object is to simply juggle the objects and not them hit the floor. If any of the objects crash on the floor, the game is over.
The modern version of Ball has three different settings, each based on a different character who juggles the objects. The first and easiest setting is based on Yoshi, who juggles two to three eggs, depending on the difficulty. Yoshi's version of the game is the closest to the original, as the eggs follow a set pattern and will always stay on the track they start (with one in the center, one in the middle and one on the farthest edges). After every 100 points, coins will rain from the sky for bonus points, including a large bonus if all the coins are collected.
