Josh is the studio design director at Obsidian Entertainment in Irvine, California. He started in the video game industry in 1999 at Black Isle Studios, where he worked as a designer on the Icewind Dale series. Since 2005, he has been at Obsidian Entertainment, where he contributed to Neverwinter Nights 2 and Alpha Protocol before directing Fallout: New Vegas and Pillars of Eternity I and II. He lives in Costa Mesa, California.
