Shmupacabra -- Simple bullet hell shmup for free - is a retro styled side scrolling Space shooter Indie game.
Unlike many of the other space shooter games there is some physics involved in Shmupacabra, holding the fire button down slows your speed, this makes it somewhat more challenging than other similar games.
Its a small single player game consisting of three levels with a boss at the end of each level. Very similar to Jamestown Legend of the Lost Colony with the retro look on a modern system.

The game is Free Open Source, cross platform and is available for Linux, Windows, and Mac.
