How to access Music Controls on Garmin Forerunner 230 or Garmin Forerunner 235. In this tutorial, I show you how to access the music controls on your Forerunner 230 / 235. This works in both normal watch mode and Activity Tracking mode.

Access the Music Controls on Garmin Forerunner 230 / 235
1. On the normal watch face screen, hold the up button
2. Once in the options, select music control
3. Now you can pause / play with the run button and Next track and previous track on the up and down buttons
