Genshin Impact - Part 107 - Masterful Chef Final
0Hey everyone and welcome back to Genshin Impact.
WE head back to speak with Xiangling and learn she has made the selection for masterful chef, we could not be happier for her! Xiangling needs someone to try her new dish so we head to ask Beidou. When we arrive Beidou is already speaking with someone named Xinyan. The three of them seem to be friends. The two of them try the food and give Xiangling some great advice for the tournament ahead. After speaking to the two of them we look for someone else who has a more mild taste. We head to the docks away from others and Paimon tries calling out a name. Xaio does not appear until the traveller calls his name. Xaio agrees to try the dishes and gives feedback to Xiangling. Xiangling takes everything on board and goes back to practice.
We wait until the next day when the competition starts and go to support both sides. Yanfei is the host of the even with a select panel of judges, some that we know and love. Next we are giving the ability to play as Xiangling during the cooking competition. We pick selected ingredients to cook our dishes. Whilst cooking Guoba heads over to the other chef to give support as they seem nervous. Guoba loves watching people cook and really loves food. Both parties have finished cooking and take these dishes to be judged. Each of the judges give there thoughts on each dish, then some audience members are also selected to try the dishes too. After counting up the votes we finally have a winner. With only 1 vote between them Xiangling is the winner! On the way out we see Keqing she looks really guilty. We speak with her and we are right, she feels guilty as she did not vote for Xiangling in the competition. Xiangling sees us talking and comes over, Keqing tells her the truth but Xiangling does not react badly she is happy that she voted with her heart.
Now the tournament is over we head back to the stone to see if the stone has cracked anymore due to the cooking. unfortunately there is no difference at all. Xiangling is now able to finish the recipe for Keqing so we go together to learn how to cook the dish. After cooking a dish for everyone we head back to Keqing. Keqing is overwhelmed with a feeling from her past. The two talk about the dish because Xiangling's father already taught her how to make the dish, it seems that the dish has been passed down for many years. Xiangling then tells us how she first met Guoba and she had placed this dish on the offering table. As we are talking the stone bursts open and a statue of Guoba appears. Madame Ping appears to tell us that Guoba is the stove god and explains the past behind this god and what happened to change Guoba to the form he is today.
