Geometry Clipmaps - Normals and Splatmaps

Today's progress is on-the-fly normal generation and splatmap support for materials. I used a very primitive phong shader and solid color materials for this, and the resolution is pretty crappy, so it doesn't look too great right now.
The later parts of the video show the degrading of the clipmaps with distance very nicely.
You may also observe some strange artefacts. These appear due to miniscule height differences between clipmap layers causing the GPU to freak out. I don't know why these differences arise quite yet, unfortunately.
