In this Skul the Hero Slayer video, I'll be playing the Ghoul skull, for knowledge! Something that occurred to me recently is that I never really play this character, and in terms of experience and knowledge I am actually lacking quite a bit with him. This occurred to me after I lost a powerful run during a Twitch stream with Ghoul, and realized I was heavily missplaying with him. So, this run is about feeling out the Ghoul! It is said by many in the Skul community that he is their favorite, possibly the strongest character in the game, and I can see why. The survivability is great, he hits like a truck, the gimmick is cool and fun. My issue is he conflicts heavily with my preferred playstyle, as I generally swap a ton on my Skul runs and Ghoul heavily disincentivizes swapping because when you swap with Ghoul, any chunks he was storing up are removed with no bonuses. So, like I said, this run is mainly for knowledge! I want to learn what makes Ghoul so special. Ghoul is the only skull here, can I learn what really makes Ghoul tick?
