The boss battle in Out of this World is the final battle of the game. Initially, you will be put against the giant robot Ratchett, who cannot be damaged in any fashion. As there is no way to fight Ratchett, you must dodge the explosions of its bombs and avoid being crushed under its feet to reach the doorway in its right foot.

Doing this initiates the second phase of the battle, where you must pilot Ratchett in combat against Cross-Stitch as he pilots his personal mecha, Krank. Krank is equipped with missiles, an electrical cannon and robotic spider drones. The missiles and spiders can be shot down, but you must press Z to put up a shield against the electrical blasts. Shoot Krank as much as possible, and it will fall, with its subsequent explosion sending Cross-Stitch flying.
