The namesake of Terrydactyland is an angry pterodactyl looking for the unknown thief who stole his eggs. Even though Banjo and Kazooie are innocent, he targets them as the culprits and launches into a boss battle with them. This fight goes in cycles. First, he will spit projectiles down at Banjo with a camera angle fixed from behind him as he flies above his nest. After dodging these, you will regain control of the camera for a short time while he moves to another vantage point. During this time, you can damage him by shooting him with eggs. He will then drop below the clouds and leave behind several Mucoids, easily-defeated grunt enemies, behind. He will not return and repeat the cycle until you destroy them all.
