Working out the behavior of the flamethrower. Getting the effect to flow from the ViewModel requires a ViewModel projection setup while rendering the projectile. The tail end of the effect is in world space, therefor we project the tail end position into ViewModel projection space as well to get consistent rendering between what the player is seeing and what the server is experiencing.
When viewed from a party other than the LocalPlayer, we omit the ViewModel projection step and simply use the normal projection.
