Exploring some of the infinitely small details of the original game in this devlog. A quality of life was added to the weapon selection menu, the current beam is now shown on the SWEP icon.

Aim Assist: This feature was a much needed addition to the tank controls of the original game, without it, the projectiles would often miss the target. As long as the user is aiming inside the reticle surrounding the target, the projectile will predict the target's next position (15 frames in advance, velocity dependent).

Beam Roll: When spamming the primary attack, the beam will sometimes roll on its side. While minute, this adds a much more organic feel to the weapon.

Fidget and Camera Sway: Samus will now move her head / armcannon around while idling. This adds to the immersion of the weapon.

Velocity Based Projectiles: The player's velocity is now taken into account when firing a projectile. This adds another dimension to the gameplay and rewards dodging and side movement.
