Some other new observations and updates about the Aim + Recall loophole. If you want to learn the basics about this glitch instead, see the Aim + Recall loophole pt. 1 video:

This video was played on the unpatched version. Things may vary in unforeseen ways if you play on the patched version.

---

0:00 - another thing that can be buffered with Aim + Recall loophole is a charged axe attack. After buffering it, Kratos will do the attack as soon as he enters a completely neutral state - even if he isn't even wielding the axe at the moment.

To do this, hold down 'light attack' or 'heavy attack' while the recall animation is active.

0:12 - you can use a buffered charged attack to do an attack in places where it's normally disabled, for instance inside the Witch's house when she's tending to the hog.

The hog is a target that can be locked onto, but nothing happens even if you do an attack on it like this.

0:35 - if you use a prompt while something is buffered, what happens next is decided by what animation Kratos is in at the moment.

If you use the prompt while in a stance, then Kratos will release the buffer and use the prompt simultaneously. This causes a minor (harmless?) overlap in most cases.

If you use the prompt while in a cooldown of a regular attack, then Kratos will keep the prompt stored, and it can thus be carried over using switches, doors or other things that might block Kratos' way. And so, it's possible to take any buffers - including prompt buffer - even further than before.

The example on this video is a bit messy as it also uses a recall while using the prompt. Disregard that - all that's needed is using the prompt while a regular attack is at its last moments.

1:22 - it's possible (although a bit tricky) to buffer Rage-mode with Aim + Recall as well. This makes Kratos automatically enter Rage-mode once he enters a completely neutral state.

To do it, you just have to aim and recall and spam L3 + R3 and hope you get the timing right. You don't know if it's buffered until you release aim.

In these example clips, I unleash Rage at the same time as I use a prompt that leads into a cutscene. Kratos Rages for a full millisecond before the cutscene fixes things. I don't think you even lose a bit of Rage from doing this.

(Not on the vid: if you overlap Rage and opening a chest, Kratos will stay in Rage-mode during the chest animation. But that doesn't seem to do anything special.)

1:53 - the previous video showcased how Kratos can sometimes end up in a glitched Aim-mode. Well, I found a spot where you can enter a cutscene in glitched Aim-mode! Sadly, the results are a bit anti-climactic. Kratos just does the forced walking in a silly pose, and things become fixed once the cutscene itself begins.

2:20 - another new observation about the special climb prompts.

If you buffer a special climb prompt, then enter the vicinity of another prompt of a similar type (i.e. climb / crawlspace / shimmy, etc.), Kratos' magnetic leap will now target the 2nd prompt instead of the original climbing wall. So you can create somewhat customized magnetic leaps in a level, if the prompt placement is right. Who knows if this would allow hitting some plot-critical triggers early somewhere?

3:14 - whatever you use a special climbing prompt buffer on, Kratos always does a dramatic leap to it and tries to climb it. Even if it's a crawlspace or another type of thing you can't climb.

(It's been verified by Mattmatt10111 that you can take glitchy buffers on boats as well. This basically means that pretty much the only prompt or obstacle you CAN'T take glitchy buffers past are certain types of cutscenes which always seem to release the buffer... as well as climb / shimmy / crawlspace prompts themselves. Yes, it seems that using a climbing chain or any of the other type of navigation prompts just erases any buffered prompts that are in existence.)

(So far, all the things can be buffered with Aim + Recall are as such: charged axe light attack, charged axe heavy attack, a 180 degree turn, Rage-mode and using a navigation prompt.)
