I wanted to find a reliable setup for this cutscene skip so that it can be easily used in a single-segment run. So here it is.

Step 1: align Kratos with the green chest near the Olympia save point by trying to open it.

Step 2: double jump, Jet Dash (with Blades) forward for 5 or 6 bursts, then start Dashing sideways. Soon the camera should change and you can visibly navigate the rest of the way.


Also, it's really easy to cut a corner by Dashing diagonally to the other end of the short corridor that precedes the ladder. The loading trigger is close to the doorway, so hit it, then climb the ladder. Things should load just fine from there.


A word of warning: if you don't do enough forward bursts during Step 2 before starting the sideways Dash, the game will crash... 100% guaranteed! So if you're not careful, you'll actually end your run using this otherwise pretty simple tactic.


In maybe two tries when I did this, the Olympian civilian didn't come out of his dynamite-filled apartment and Kratos got stuck. Just loading last checkpoint should fix this stray glitch.


There is another variation where you can Jet Dash directly to the ladder. Even at that point you can just go and hit the critical loading trigger near the doorway and continue on your way. But this variation appears harder to perform than the first one.
