God of War III - Hades Palace time saves v2 (NG)
9An out-of-bounds route for the Palace that saves an extra 30 seconds compared to the previous Hades Palace tricks.
1st, get on top of the tree. Do a very quick double jump from the top of the tree's climbing wall and Glide back towards the tree at a certain angle to have Kratos latch onto the side of the coffin up there and pull himself up. I first saw this setup in Exe's video, so kudos to him.
2nd, do a stationary RoS high jump to get yourself a better camera angle for the upcoming jumps.
3rd, Glide to the back of the room to grab a ledge there. This step is not mandatory (you can do the 4th step from on top of the chest already), but makes the skip slightly easier.
4th, run to the left (as far as you can) and jump and Glide on top of something metallic on the 1st floor. It's the collision of the wheel? You can't really see the wheel during your Glide, but you can predictably land on it by looking at the stony pillar graphics.
5th, do a droopy double jump to the back and left to fall under a wall that is blocking Kratos' way. Glide to the elevator room. Be careful not to Glide back in bounds.
6th, play onward as you would after having done both the 1st floor skip and the 2nd floor time save trick, because you in effect did do them both just now. Unfortunately I don't have a good tactic for the Harpies, other than hope they don't hit Kratos.
This skip is more complicated than the previous Hades Palace NG tricks, but I think it can be done pretty reliably overall, and it looks more ridiculous.
